Errors and Omission coverage is a very important concern to the MGA community. The E&O committee works with industry representatives to help craft a solution for designed for our CAILBA members. This will be a benefit strictly for CAILBA members.

The objective of this committee is two-fold. First to educate Members on the need, purpose of a comprehensive MGA E&O plan, as well as the business risks associated with not having one. The second is to provide our members with access to CAILBA endorsed E&O Consultant(s) which can work with Members to develop a solution for their specific needs.
